Es que parece una locura hacer eso. Se llamarán Comunistas puertas adentro, pero no estúpidos.
Algo hay para que esté bombardeando tanto las cotizaciones de ciertas empresas. JD no sufrió tanto, pero Tencent, Baidu, Pinduoduo y Alibaba la vienen pariendo.

No creo que pase por sarandear cuál es buena, por qué lo son todas. Tampoco pasa por que sean precisamente small caps al arbitrio de 3 paracaidistas.

No se. No me cierra la idea de manipulación para llevar más abajo...muy grande, muchos muy invertidos.

Reports suggested that Chinese regulators will restrict companies’ abilities to list overseas, raising the prospect that Alibaba and other groups may be forced to ditch their listings on the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq.

China is planning to ban companies from going public overseas using the VIE structure, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing anonymous sources, though Hong Kong would be an exception subject to regulatory approval.

Eso lo habia leido ya. No se si afecta a las actuales empresas o a las futuras. Por ejemplo a DIDI le habian prohibido ir overseas, y lo hizo igual, entonces despues le pidieron el desliste. Para mi los medios no reportan adecuadamente.
Aca hay una guerra que sigo sin entender. El desliste de NY significa que no cotiza mas en NY, cotiza en HK y podes transferir los titulos ahi y listo. Para los grandes fondos de inversion no es un problema.
Mas alla de la bronca que le tengan a JAck Ma, me llama la atencion como el gobierno chino no sale a defender sus empresas (no lo digo solo por BABA), poniendo un poco de panios frios.

No recuerdo exacto, pero creo el 9/12 o por ahí, es el investor day de Alibaba. Creo allí podrá haber mayor certezas de que sucede. Por los resultados no es esta paliza. A la noche en HK vienen acomodando a lo que hace en el Nyse. No se animan a pagar por qué los pocos días que lo hicieron, los dejaron pedaleando para el día siguiente. Hay mucho institucional y todo a pérdida. Veremos qué pasa, pero si se disipa un poco el miedo, tiene que rebotar fuerte al menos hasta los 170/180.
Personalmente voy a ver si me sale la vuelta local con FMI para volver sumando algún porcentaje interesante de nominales. Suelen ser engranajes que casi nunca me calzan, pero no dejo de intentar.
