informe de deuda , emision y pasos a seguir , desde el defaut 2000 hasta los dias de hoy y ahora con la nueva suscripcion a pagar como debe ser , esto del informe es solicitado por bolsa o CNV por eso lo mando respecto al tema de dejarla cotizando desde el 30 de junio .
Lo que me vuelvo a preguntar es que hay que fijar un precio de la accion nueva para saber si le conviene o no al acredor .
hay que sumar 19% para dejarlos con una quita del 60 % y mejorar la antigua quita del 81 % irracional en su totalidad.
Me gustaria los mas entendidos si me recuerdan que cantidad de acciones se ofrecen al acredor , ya que a estos valores lo dudo la acepten ??
