COMO VEN QUE IMPACTARÍA LA NOTICIA DE QUE EN LA ASAMBLEA Y CON LA VOTACIÓN DE LOS SOCIOS QUEDE SOLO EL BANCO DE VALORES Y SE ESCINDA DEL GRUPO FINANCIERO? TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE CASI EL 100% DE LAS GANANCIAS PROVIENEN DEL BANCO SERIA CONVENIENTE DISOLVER AL GRUPO FINANCIERO PARA REDUCIR ESTRUCTURA Y COSTOS?

Sería muy bueno que quede solo el banco de valores, qude pendiente llamar a asamblea extraordinaria, hay que ver los que remplazaron, a los que renunciaron que negociación interna llevan adelante.
