No se si dieron cuenta o percataron. En Ciesa entró la Familia Sielicki. Una de las Sielicki está casada con Héctor Timmerman. El Traidor a la Patria a su vez es Primo de Marcelito. Así que entre los Mindlin y los Sielicki, se quedaron con el control de TGS. Lindos Nenes....todo queda en familia...

Nunca esta de mas recordar que SIEMPRE uno puede no vender sus tenencias por mas ofertas que hayan por parte del grupo de control y este comentario es valido y aplicable para cualquier especie susceptible de ser retirada de cotizacion.
Hace algunos años una empresa llamada GAMI, hizo un oferta para sacar de cotizacion sus acciones, soportado por un informe de valuacion por parte de KPMG que estaba lejos de ser transparente y representativo del valor real de la cia. Al dia de hoy sigo siendo accionista de GAMI y no me arrepiento en absoluto de mi decision.

Mandatory Public Offering.


We are writing to you, in our role as representatives of GRUPO INVERSOR PETROQUÍMICA S.L., WST S.A. and PCT LLC (the "Offerors"), in connection with the note sent to you on 12/22/2016, in order to inform that on December 30, 2016, the Offerors launched the US Offer, under the terms timely informed in said note.

The US Offer will be made concurrently with the Mandatory Public Offering for change of co-control and acquisition of significant indirect interest ("OPA") in Argentina of all Class B common shares representative of up to 24.5% of the total common stock of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS”) which is listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. The Mandatory Public Offering was notified to TGS on July 27, 2016 and was authorized in its formal aspects by Comisión Nacional de Valores (the "CNV") on December 22, 2016. The opening of the takeover bid in Argentina will be informed and published in accordance with CNV regulations.

This notice is hereby sent in order to be published as a "material fact" on the CNV's Financial Information Highway and informed to the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.

1- Cuando Daniel Marx valuó en 18,20 no apareció por aquí ningún cliente de TGS a refutar con criterio de autoridad esa valuación.

2- En esa oportunidad y haciendo frente a uno que otro forista denuncié el atropello y LA MANIPULACIÓN.

3- Hace unas pocas semanas el precio de la acción se mantenía pisado por efecto de aquella valuación y la OPA que sobrevendría sobre TGS.

4- El Estatuto y la especiales características de la empresa (imposible fusuioanarla o deslistarla, etc.) IMPIDIÓ que pudieran consumar una maniobra similar a la encarada en PESA (MANIPULACIÓN ALEVOSA QUE ALGUNOS DE LOS FORISTAS DENUNCIAMOS Y MODIFICAMOS SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE).

5- En mi primara intervención de hoy el papel bajaba 8% y fuí yo y no EL PODEROSO Y FUNDAMENTAL CLIENTE DE TGS el que dijo que eso era un manijeo.

6- La evolución intradiaria habla por sí sola.

7- Una cosa es la volatilidad del gas y otra distinta la volatilidad del papel... A alguno puede resultarle NORMAL que el papel sufra tremenda dispersión de precio en tan poco tiempo... En mi barrio esa dispersión tiene otro nombre.
