Hay un tema que me preocupa mucho del disclosure statement que tiene que ver con los cobros de los tenedores de acciones ordinarias, preferidas y equity. Le pregunté a mendigo por mail a ver que opina él.

Class 5 Subordinated Unsecured Claims against LBHI -- No Distribution (because such Distributions are automatically reallocated to Senior Unsecured Claims in accordance with the underlying agreements).

Capital Trusts get NOTHING

Class 9 Equity Interests in LBHI -- No Distributions (unless all other creditors have been paid in full). All Equity Interests will be cancelled and one new share of LBHI common stock will be issued to the Plan Administrator which will hold such share for the benefit of the holders of the former Equity Interests consistent with their former economic entitlement.

Traditional Preferred Shares get NOTHING
Common Shares get NOTHING

So we are now effectively the biggest losers. Class 5 and Class 9 losses in the year leading up to BK will likely be around $60B.

Without an updated Balance Sheet this is all bunk. I cannot beleive we went from June 2009 balance sheet showing a reasonable A/L gap to this draconian 'equity gets nothing' approach.
