Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Proshares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY), which shed 7 million shares, or a 10.6% decrease week over week.

And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the FTSE Argentina 20 ETF (ARGT), which lost 225,000 of its shares, for a whopping 50.0% decline in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of ARGT, in morning trading today BBVA Banco (BFR) is off about 0.5%, and Cresud (CRESY) is higher by about 0.6%.
