Capitalisation, Reduction of Capital and Interoil Demerger
The Company is pleased to announce that both resolutions put to shareholders at today's general meeting of the Company were duly passed.
The cancellation of the Deferred Share (once issued) and the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company in its entirety are expected to be approved by the High Court of Justice and to become effective on 13 December 2017.
The Interoil Demerger is expected to complete on 15 December 2017.

La empresa se creo en agosto , en este momento se lleva acabó la asamblea en Londres por la reducción de capital de interoil, difícilmente presente balance ahora.

Muchos lo veninos diciendo, cuidado porque aca no se sabe bien donde estan parados,muy confuso todo

El problema es el fundamento en pgr..., vieron algun balance con ganancias ?? , mas y mas acciones , se diluye al minoritario y perdidas ....
, mirar analisis de Ichi o quien sea en este contexto, es estar medio ciego...

yo creo que a varios nos engrampo esta, Yo asumí la perdida no era tampoco del 70%. Para mi va a volver a los valores de 13-13,5 para antes de fin de año

no sabes si estas enojado....... y yo contento comprando 30k para ser socio a 12,65 si mal no recuerdo....
Pasa que además de dibujitos, barritas y fibonaccis existen balances. DGCU2 ganó dinero, AEN pierde. Vamos a ver qué pasa cuándo presente algo PGR. Si lo único que tiene PGR es Vaca Muerta, YPFD tiene mucho más y su precio no se multiplicó por 4 el último año.
