LONDRES (Noticias de la Alianza) - Phoenix Global Resources PLC dijo el jueves que emitió 750,000 acciones a un precio de 43 peniques cada una y 2,3 millones de acciones a un precio de 26p cada una después de un ejercicio de warrants, recibiendo ganancias de GBP916,786.

Luego de esta transacción, Phoenix Global Resources ahora tiene 2.54 billones de acciones emitidas en general.

Interoil Demerger
The Board of Phoenix is pleased to announce that, further to the circular dated 7 November
2017, the Reduction of Capital becoming effective on 14 December 2017 and the delivery of
interim accounts of the Company for the period ended 14 December 2017 to the Registrar of
Companies, the Interoil Demerger completed today.
The Interoil Demerger will result in an entitled Shareholder receiving one Exchangeable
GuernseyCo Share in IOX Investments Limited ("GuernseyCo") for each Phoenix Share held.
For a period of six months following receipt by GuernseyCo of the Interoil Shares, holders of
Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shares may exchange their Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shares in
consideration for the transfer to them of one Interoil Share for every 36 Exchangeable
GuernseyCo Shares (subject to adjustment). If an Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shareholder
does not exercise the right to exchange in the six-month period then GuernseyCo will sell the
remaining Interoil Shares it holds as soon as practicable and the net proceeds will be
distributed to the remaining GuernseyCo shareholders on a pro rata basis.
Any Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shareholder who exercises its right to exchange (other than a
nominee who holds Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shares on behalf of an underlying investor)
will be required to exchange its entire holding of Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shares for
Interoil Shares.
Share certificates in respect of Exchangeable GuernseyCo Shares will be issued by 5 January
2018 and will be sent by post or airmail.

Segun el ultimo documento publicado de la aprobacion seria la tenencia al 15 de diciembre.

Alguno puede explicarme que tengo que hacer para percibirlo???

El 16 vencen 400MM . Si la tasa baja 2 pts como están diciendo , muchos tenedores migrarán al Merval.
Por otro lado, el Merval está llegando al máximo de pico de rendimiento.
Las energéticas y algunos Bancos seguirán recorrido, otras, van a caer.

Para mi hay que ser selectivos al maximo, los bancos estan carisimos llegaron a un PER de 20, nunca estuvieron tan caros los bancos lideres, las energéticas sacando a TRAN, todas estan carisimas PER arriba de 25-30 tienen todas, solamente TRAN tiene un PER de 12 y esta dentro de todo barata.

Los papeles del MERVAL estan la mayoría en precios de venta, en precios donde el que esta comprado que venda y espere corrección o que deje correr ganancias y sea muy rapido para vender en cuanto venga la corrección.

El RSI del MERVAL en Semanal y Diario esta por las nubes, pocas veces llego tan alto, una sobrecompra enorme.

Si parte de las LEBAC va a acciones la gente profesional que es la que tiene mucho dinero aprovechará a vender en cantidades industriales, osea habrá mucho volumen, poca suba (distrubición) y luego puede venir la corrección ya con los pesos pesados afuera esperando precio de entrada.

Para mi esta para comprar solo los pocos papeles que sean baratos así uno no sufre tanto la corrección del MERVAL que tiene que venir si o si.

El martes comienza la toma en el merval.lectura de la situacion.convalida tasas de lebac positivas contra inflacion.se plancha el dolar y a los botes!por lo menos asi lo veo yo dixit
