Esta estructura implica la oportunidad de generar valor en healthcare (con sus usuales riesgos por ej rechazos de FDA), focalizada en NotalVision, Brainsgate. Asociada a Johnson & Jonhson en Cartiheal y Brains gate. Muy bien asociada en algunos proyectos clave, el negocio aquí es desarrollar intensivamente en I+D y luego vender. Para ello invierte:

Lo interesante de este cuadro es que la capitalización de mercado, restándole el efectivo y activos financieros es de usd28mm, siendo que se han invertido en los desarrollos usd132mm y es una empresa que gana plata y sin deuda.
Solo un pequeño ejemplo de una de las empresas sobre la cuales Cresud ha tomado control.
Y este es el Benjamín de la familia de empresas que controla Cresud en Israel, con un PN de USD158mm (luego hay que ajustar por participaciones), cuando Cresud vale por mercado USD670mm

Es un grupo de bonistas que pretende acelerar una serie amenazando con pedir quiebra (que ningun juez aprobo todavia), y aunque se apruebe, se cancela esa serie y listo. Yo creo que este papel aun tiene un recorrido ENORME. El que compra a estos precios y mantien para mi gana y en grande. ahra, en mi caso en particular tome la estrategia de salir con el 90 % de mi tenencia hoy luego de casi el 30% de gcia, pero con la estrategia de reentrar ni bien haga el recule y vuelva a salir... ojo ese recule lo puede hacer a los 23... y bueno. me perdi esa suba, pero en general cuando las velas se estiran tanto sin la agachada me salgo y agazapo.

Che enserio, aflojen un poco con el tema de bajas y correcciones, ya avisaron varias veces, hagan la suya y no rompan tantos las bolas. El papel hará lo que tenga que hacer con o sin sus comentarios. Realmente mortifica, sobre todo a los que recien comienzan, ( a veces tambien a nosotros) bastante y siempre de lo mismo, y la mayoría de las veces sin ningun fundamento, se los pido como camarada en este negocio y como forista de Rava.
