Tal vez esta noticia de reexpresion de EECC que comenzó a tener auge en estos días fue un driver de impulso para el mercado local ya que CRES se veria muy beneficiada por eso, se la vió muy solida la local en la compra en el día de ayer y el aumento de volumen fue notable con respecto a los ultimos dias... La verdad que me sorprendio que de un dia para el otro se lleven nominales con ese ritmo siendo que el lunes daba lastima el movimiento que había, esperemos que empiece a moverse un poco!

Hoy salvo por cuestiones financieras (ratios de patrimonio sobre deudas), la empresa no tiene mayor incentivo de reevaluar sus activos. Obviamente si al vender se genera un ahorro fiscal importante, la situación cambia radicalmente.

Hola, perdón que me meta. Pero leyendo me surgio una duda, Si revaluan los activos la contrapartida iria a parar a resultados y por el Punto 1 del Art 1 de la ley de impuestoa las ganancias seria un resultado gravado en el impuesto. Habría que ver como va a salir la norma, porque si por la revaluacion habria que tributar el impuesto ya dejaria de ser atractivo.
