En el 2007 IRSA tenía el 60% de IRCP, hoy tiene el 95%. Cresud tenía el 25% de IRSA, hoy tiene el 64,31%. Irsa tenía el 11% del Hipotecario, hoy tiene el 30%. Cresud tenía creo que el 7 u 8% de BrasilAgro, hoy tiene mas del 40%. Asimismo Cresud tiene algo de acciones propias en cartera.

pero en los ultimos años creo que no.

lo que no entiendo es si los tipos mismos te dicen que el nav de irsa es 5000 palos verdes y la empresa vale 1000, es un sin sentido que no aprovechen. y este desfasaje viene de muchos años para atras. ni hablar en enero de este año que la diferencia era casi 10 a 1.

por eso preguntaba si no podian ahora, o saber si tienen pensando en el futuro cercano , comprar acciones cruzadas que quizas legalmente se puede.

El concepto de comprar barato y vender caro aplica para los dueños tambien... que queres que te vendan campos a rolete en la epoca k? Vos sos o te haces? Sin retenciones, con precios de campos a valores mas altoss.. los numeros vendran solos.

-legamente no se pueden recomprar acciones. pero se pueden comprar acciones cruzadas? o sea, que cresud compre acciones de irsa e irsa de cresud?

- y este año, por las perdidas no se puede recomprar, pero la empresa hace muchos años que esta subvaluada. porque en los ultimos 10 años no se utilizo la recompra de acciones cuando el mercado subvalua tanto la empresa?
