Morgan Stanley Double Upgrades Argentine Banks on Milei Reforms

(Bloomberg) -- Morgan Stanley double upgraded a slate of
four Argentine banks with American Depositary Receipts to
overweight, citing progress in President Javier Milei’s
austerity blitz.
* “Our call revolves around the normalization of the economy,
government policies, and investor interest in the asset class,”
strategists including Jorge Kuri wrote in a note to clients
dated Dec. 13
* Says that a “more constructive economic environment could make
Argentina the fastest-growing banking market in the region”
** Country has the right conditions to support a multi-year
period of strong credit growth
** Factors that help include low credit penetration, strong
capitalized banks, robust middle class, and high access to
banking services
* Adds that “the minutia of banking is still secondary to the
investment thesis at this point”
* US-listed shares of Grupo Financiero Galicia SA and Banco
Macro SA rise more than 2% in pre-market trading as of 9:13 a.m.
in New York
* BBAR PT to $27 from underweight; BMA PT to $125 from
underweight; GGAL PT to $92 from underweight; SUPV PT to $19
from underweight

Yo la tengo desde q cotizaba 1,75 mas o menos el ADR. Salí de Pamoa de a poco y fui cargando fuerte en el sector. Una belleza.
Igual tardo mucho en arrancar , pero valió la pena,.!
Hasta 31 dólares no largo nada, cuando llegue se verá.
Buena vibra y a disfrutar q se vienen lindos días, enero y parte del 2025 será brillante.
