300 palos pesos más de recompra, hasta 15.5 U$S por adr, quieren comprar baratito ahora. El primer plan si mal no recuerdo fue hasta 25 U$S por adr.

Lo bueno es que parece que están convencidos a defender el valor, y tienen liquidez para hacerlo.


Buenos Aires, March 14, 2019 - CRESUD S.A.C.I.F. y A. (NASDAQ:CRESY, ByMA:CRES), leading Latinamerican agricultural company, announces today that its Board of Directors has decided to launch a new shares repurchase plan and established the terms and conditions for the acquisition of the common shares issued by the Company under the provisions of Section 64 of Law Nº 26,831 and the Rules of the Comision Nacional de Valores.

To make such decision, the Board of Directors has taken into account that there is a notable difference between the fair value of the assets of the Company, determined by independent appraisers, and the market price of the shares on the market, which does not reflect the value or economic reality that they have today, resulting in detriment of the interests of the shareholders of the Company.

Consequently, the Board of Directors on the basis of the aforementioned arguments, with the absence of objections from the Audit Committee and the favorable opinion of the Supervisory Committee and independent accountant, has arranged for the Company to acquire its own shares under the terms of Article 64 of the Law Nº 26,831 and the CNV Regulations, in order to contribute to the reduction of the existing gap between the implicit value of the Company, based on the value of the assets, and the value of the Company, based on the quoted price of its shares, with a view to contribute to its strengthening in the market. In line with this, the Board of Directors has established the following terms and conditions for the acquisition of own shares issued by the Company:

(i) Maximum amount of the investment: Up to ARS 300,000,000.

(ii) Maximum number of shares to be acquired: Up to 10% of the capital stock of the Company, as established by the applicable argentine laws and regulation, in the form of common shares or American Depositary Shares, percentage that is within the maximum limit of 10% of the Company's capital stock, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

(iii) Daily limitation on market transactions: In accordance with the applicable regulation, the limitation will be up to 25% of the average volume of the daily transactions for the Shares and ADS in the markets during the previous 90 days.

(iv) Payable Price: Up to USD 15,5 per ADR and up to a maximum value in Pesos equivalent to the maximum price per ADR divided by 10 (ten) and multiplied by the value of the buyer exchange rate of the Argentine National Bank in force at the time of earch repurchase. The maximum price could be modified by the Board of Directors, after proper communication to the CNV and the market.

(v) Period in which the acquisitions will take place: until 90 (ninety) days, beginning the day following to the date of publication of the information in the Daily Bulletin of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange ('BCBA' ), by account and order of Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA ('BYMA') in accordance with the delegation of powers established in Resolution No. 18,629 of the CNV, subject to any renewal or extension of the term, which will be reported to the investing public.

(vi) Origin of the Funds: The acquisitions will be made with realized and liquid earnings pending of distribution of the Company and /or freely available reserves and / or facultative reserves. The Company has the liquidity and is solvent enough to make the aquisitions without affecting the solvency of the Company as follows from the quarterly financial statements of the Company as of December 31, 2018 and the report of the independent accountant made for this purpose.

(vii) Outstanding Shares: 501,642,804 common shares as of December 31, 2018. nominal value ARS 1 with right of 1 vote/share, of which 4,823,884 are in the portfolio.

Que que onda la paridad IRS/CRESY? ya están valiendo casi lo mismo

A TGLT con el balance ajustado por inflación le quedó el valor libro a $18 !

Parece que CAMSA los viene asesorando para el ogt este año...tal vez tengan que devolver los 40 palos verdes que se llevaron de un solo saque cuando se hizo el revalúo.

El primer semestre en Cresud se acumula un negativo de -4070 millones de pesos, en el mismo periodo del año pasado se acumulaba un resultado positivo de 5550 millones de pesos.
Los ingresos por ventas ordinarias solo de Cresud comienzan acumulan 1252 millones de pesos, esto es una caída interanual bajo el acumulado del 2017/18 del -19,2%. El 81% de lo facturado por la sociedad es por la venta de Granos. Los costos bajaron un -1,2% en el interanual, lo que los costos conforman un 90% de las ventas, el año pasado formaba un 73,2%. El EBITDA ajustado se incrementó un 29,3%, creciendo por mayores resultados productivos provenientes del sector granos y por BrasilAgro
Los resultados por la subsidiarias y asociadas acumulan una pérdida de -3000 millones de pesos, sobre todo por las pérdidas de IRSA que suman un déficit, aproximadamente de -5300 millones de pesos (la participación de CRES es un 63,36%). Por el otro lado se tiene a BrasilAgro con una participación del 43,29% y una ganancia de 1010 millones de pesos.
La superficie de explotación usada es el 39,4% de la reservada para agricultura y ganadería, es decir, sobre 734.334 hectareas. En cuanto a los despachos, la venta de granos cayó -18%, aunque la exportación (solo soja) subió un 261%. La caña de azúcar sigue su senda pujante e incrementó el despacho subió un 14,6% (el mayor en los últimos 5 años), provenientes del campo de SAO José en Brasil
Los gastos por naturaleza acumulan 2724 millones de pesos, un incremento de solo un 3,5%. El rubro de sueldos y jornales bajó un -18%. Lo demás está detallado en el balance de IRSA y sus operaciones inmobiliarias tanto en Argentina como en Israel y en menor medida USA.
Los resultados financieros en el acumulado dieron un negativo de -865 millones de pesos, el año pasado fueron de -70 millones de pesos. Principalmente porque la diferencia de cambio fue altamente negativa con -629 millones de pesos, el año pasado fue de -16 millones de pesos. Las deudas y créditos suman 18873 millones de pesos, de los cuales el 88,32% del total está en moneda extranjera.
En las perspectivas mencionan que en el 2019 por el fenómeno del “niño”, se está teniendo más lluvia de la esperada y por ende inundaciones, aunque esperando un buen nivel de producción estimada en un 30% mayor, rendimiento promedio y costos controlados. Las oleaginosas están atadas al conflicto internacional entre China y USA, que en caso de continuar vislumbran precios más bajos en USA y mas firmes en Sudamérica. Cresud en Argentina y Brasil proyecta sembrar 257 mil hectáreas en el consolidado regional y producir más de 800 mil toneladas (record histórico). Se siguen rentando campos en diferentes regiones de Argentina, Bolivia y Brasil. En cuanto a la ganadería se sigue produciendo en el Noroeste del país y a la espera de que su precio se aprecie. Y redoblando la confianza para IRSA esperando buenos resultados para lo que queda del periodo.
La liquidez bajó de 1,79 a 1,73. La solvencia de de 0,28 a 0,26
El VL es de 52,41. La cotización es de 49,3
La pérdida por acción acumulada -8,1.

Cresud perdió un montón de plata , el 10% de lo que perdio lo pone CAMSA o es socio en las ganancias????

Pero si en septiembre del 2018,tuve la suerte de vender en 59
y puse esa plata en plazo fijo durante 5 meses.
Porque no voy a comprar en 48,60 o 48,70.
con la misma plata compre un 40% mas de acciones.
Hay que tener paciencia y saber esperar.
