Todavía no está oficializado, lo saqué de un artículo:
The ex-dividend date is the 14th of July and payout date for ADRs is August 19.
Re: OGZD Gazprom Cedear
Exacto, año pasado fue: 15 rubl o 0.22 usd
Este año 12.55 rubl o 0.17 USD
Se mantuvo bastante estable el rubl. Parecido al peso argentino

The Board of Directors recommended that the Shareholders Meeting approve the proposal to pay out RUB 12.55 per share in annual dividends based on Gazprom's operating results in 2020. It is recommended to allocate a portion of Gazprom's undistributed profits from the previous years in the amount of RUB 297.1 billion (which equals 50 per cent of the adjusted net profit of the Gazprom Group for 2020 under International Financial Reporting Standards) for dividend payout.
El año pasado fueron como 15 rublos no? La verdad no se si habrá habido varíacion en el cambio entre el rublo y el dólar para estimar el dividendo de este año

Biden to waive sanctions on firm in charge of Nord Stream 2 - Axios
May 18, 2021 2:56 PM ETPublic Joint Stock Company Gazprom (OGZPY)By: Carl Surran, SA News Editor40 Comments
The U.S. will waive sanctions on the corporate entity and CEO overseeing the construction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which would indicate that the Biden administration is not willing to rupture its relationship with Germany over the pipeline, Axios reports.
The State Department soon will send its mandatory 90-day report to Congress listing entities involved in Nord Stream 2 that deserve sanctions, but it will call for sanctions only against a handful of Russian ships, according to the report.
The Gazprom-led (OTCPK:OGZPY) project includes western partners Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A, RDS.B), BASF's (OTCQX:BASFY) Wintershall, Uniper (OTC:UNPPY), OMV (OTCPK:OMVJF) and Engie (OTCPK:ENGIY).
The pipeline could be finished by late summer without a major intervention to stop it; Germany's federal maritime regulator just issued a ruling allowing work on the project to proceed in German waters.

Nord Stream 2 work OK to begin in German waters, maritime authority says
Work to complete the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline can go ahead in German waters, Germany's federal maritime regulator BSH says, allowing construction to begin on a 2-km stretch by the end of this month.
Two environmental groups had filed complaints with BSH against a move to expand the period when construction work could take place, effectively preventing further work on the pipeline.
The Gazprom-led (OTCPK:OGZPY) pipeline opposed by the U.S. and some eastern European countries would pump Russian natural gas to Germany under the Baltic Sea, bypassing Ukraine.
