JM Smucker (SMJ) has declined 6.3 percent after the company reported downbeat third quarter results and guided to lower than expected full year revenue and earnings per share

Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF) has surged 6.4 percent after the company appointed Gary Halverson as its new CEO. Additionally, the company reported upbeat fourth quarter earnings

US stocks - trading mostly in the green amid some better than forecast corporate results. The Dow Jones has risen 0.4 percent to trade at 16088.9 and the S&P 500 has climbed 0.2 percent to trade at 1833.2.

Commerzbank AG (CBK) slid 2.6 percent after a broker reiterated its sell rating and commented negatively on the stock
