Estimado... estuve 2 años en zurich con un fondo... la peor experiencia lejos....

("IRSA CP") announced today that IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima ("IRSA") has commenced a secondary public offering of 7,000,000 common shares, par value Ps.1.00 per share, which will be represented by American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing four common shares. The ADSs will be offered and sold in the United States. IRSA CP is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of IRSA CP's officers or directors are selling any common shares or ADSs beneficially owned by them in the offering

The offering of these securities is being made outside of Argentina pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form F-3 filed on October 10, 2017. The offering will be made only by means of the F-3 and a prospectus supplement. J.P. Morgan is serving as underwriter for the offering.
