PIMCO, Legg Mason and dozens of other fund managers have sued Petrobras.

They claim $28B in funds were diverted due to fraud.

Petrobras needs to stem cash burn in order to service its $134B debt -- now at junk levels.

Its $90B in dollar-debt could sink the company if the Brazilian real continues to depreciate against the dollar.

Lawsuits will cost money and tie up management time. Sell PBR.
