Eso ya lo sabe todo el mundo. Me refería a por qué se pagaba una empresa tan cara en ese momento si el management siempre fue el mismo, razón por la cual dicen ahora que no pagan a pesar de estar subvaluada

Se pagaba eso porque por entonces CRESUD era una firma más identificada con el agro que hoy y porque supongo te recordarás lo que valía la soja por ese entonces. Cresud por entonces valía bastante pero bastante más que Pampa por ejemplo, que tenía las tarifas congeladas. En ese entonces, CRESUD estaba cara y básicamente, por el furor hacia lo agrícola.

En esa época el capital era menor, 368M de acciones cuando el actual es de 500M. O sea, tenia si precio similar pero un Market Cap actual un 35% mayor en dólares. Además de eso el grupo era muy diferente a lo que es embargo la actualidad.

Me parece que EE aumentó su participación porque debe estar pensando que, si esto sigue así, en algún momento alguien se le va a animar a disputarle el bacalao.

Claro, están los que dicen que EE es solo un capanga, un mascarón de proa de intereses seculares y mas poderosos, pero eso es lo que dicen.

Tal vez no conozca al UIUYUI...es un pajarito que habita la zona montañosa aledaña a Cordoba. El UIUYUI tiene patitas cortas y testiculos largos. Cuando le preguntaron a Marateo sobre el, perdio el Odol por no contestar. El nombre proviene de la onomatopeya del sonido que emite cuando esta por aterrizar y divisa el suelo con espinas y piedras del lugar, en ese momento emite un fuerte UIUYUI...espero sea util para su libro, esta rareza.
