A Petrobras Distribuidora (BRDT3), líder do mercado de distribuição de combustíveis no Brasil, anunciou nesta terça, 13, à noite seus resultados do 4º trimestre de 2017 e do exercício social de 2017.

A companhia teve lucro líquido de R$ 531 milhões no 4T17, contra R$ 52 milhões no 4T16 e de R$1 bilhão e 151 milhões em 2017, contra o prejuízo líquido de R$ 315 milhões em 2016.

O EBITDA ajustado foi de R$ 883 milhões no 4T17, contra R$ 820 milhões no 4T16 e de R$3 bilhões e 067 milhões em 2017, contra R$ 2,9 bilhões em 2016.

Segunda a empresam houve redução da alavancagem (Dívida líquida / EBITDA Ajustado) para 1,3x em 2017 contra 3,2x em 2016.

“O mercado nacional de distribuição de combustíveis e lubrificantes em 2017 teve alta de 0,5% em relação ao mesmo período do ano anterior, interrompendo assim dois anos consecutivos de queda, refletindo a recuperação da atividade econômica do Brasil, após dois anos consecutivos de retração do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB)”, destacou a BR Distribuidora.

SAO PAULO, March 13 (Reuters) - Brazil’s Petrobras Distribuidora SA beat fourth-quarter profit estimates on Tuesday, as the fuel distribution unit of state-run oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA defended strong profit margins despite slipping market share.

BR Distribuidora, as the company is known, posted net income of 531 million reais ($163 million), well above a consensus estimate compiled by Thomson Reuters of 294 million reais. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, (EBITDA), totaled 980 million reais, above a consensus estimate of 890 million reais.

In its first earnings report since a December initial public offering, the company said its 2017 revenue slipped 5.7 percent from a year earlier to 43.27 billion reais.

Petrobras raked in north of 5 billion reais late last year when it floated a 30 percent stake in the unit as part of a bid to reduce the heftiest debt load among oil majors worldwide.

In a management statement, BR said revenue fell due to the strategy of preserving its profit margin regardless of its market share. Petrobras has lost market share in gasoline and diesel sales to rivals following a shift in 2016 to a policy of following international prices.

The move allowed Petrobras, with nearly 100 percent of Brazil’s refining capacity, to boost profits even as it started to lose sales to rivals like Raizen and Ipiranga.

Though it has tweaked the policy, data in December showed Brazil imported more refined oil products in 2017 than in any year since records began in 2000, suggesting it has continued to lose ground to rivals.

De esto me queda a favor que va a mejorar fuertemente sus ganancias aunque pierda un poco de porcion de mercado ....en otra nota dice que el 95 % de las ganancias las va a repartir en dividendos .... mi duda es si esos dividendos van al tenedor de petr4 ...que son las preferenciales ???#FF0000] y a los tenedores del 30% que petrobras vendió en el mercado hace 1 mes ??? ....

si esto fuera así ya tendríamos mañana una sorpresa positiva antes del balance de petrobras ....

Pienso igual lobo, esperemos que venga bien el balance, lo que me gusta de esto es que esta haciendo la inversa en movimiento el papel previo al balance anterior, la vez pasada subió como un cohete los días previos y la reventaron después, esperemos que esta vez pase al revés y vuele Obvio este dato es puro humo lo que digo, pero buen aveces las cabezas grandes asustan antes de algo bueno
