Below are the top five companies in the Real Estate Operating Companies industry as measured by beta. Lower-beta stocks mean minimal volatility and are therefore generally considered to be a less risk and offer more stable returns.
IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones (NYSE:IRS) ranks first with a beta of 1; MI Developments (NYSE:MIM) ranks second with a beta of 1.1; and Thomas Properties (NASDAQ:TPGI) ranks third with a beta of 1.1.
Forest City Enterprises (NYSE:FCE.B) follows with a beta of 1.6 and Brookfield Properties (NYSE:BPO) rounds out the top five with a beta of 1.6.

Por otro lado los foristas (reinicidente) la ven para arriba y vos decis que da señal de venta???
